Introduction

Use this guide to configure your Outlook client to open additional mailboxes along with your own mailbox.

  1. Open Outlook and click the FILE menu in the top left.

  2. Click Info
    • Click Info

    • Click Account Settings

    • A drop down menu will appear.

    • Click Account Settings... in the drop down menu

  3. Click the Change... button A new window will appear.
    • Click the Change... button

    • A new window will appear.

    • Click the More Settings... button in the bottom right of this window

  4. Click the Advanced tab Click Add... in the Open these additional mailboxes section
    • Click the Advanced tab

    • Click Add... in the Open these additional mailboxes section

    • Enter the email address of the mailbox you want to have open automatically

    • Click OK or Next all the way out until you're back at the main Outlook window

    • Your additional mailbox should appear in the leftmost menu.

    • Note: it may take a few minutes for the contents of this mailbox to download.
