How to Upload Pictures

Have your image on hand before you're ready to upload it, and make sure your cursor is in the same position as the image.

Once it's ready to go, click the button designated by the red circle.

Now that you've clicked the image dialog, take a look at the "image URL"

The button leads you to a dialog window displayed in the next step.

Click the upload button located in the top right corner of the window.

Then click the upload files button which will prompt you to select a file from your computer. This is shown in the third panel.

Once things are uploaded and you have selected the photo, the text in "Image URL" will have the link to the photo.

Make sure you don't forget to add a short 1 to 2 word description for the image.

If the photo is too large and it is not resized, it will alter the formatting of the page.

To resize the photo, only add the width (first box) of the photo and the software will automatically calculate the other dimension for you.

You can change the width of the border in pixels if you wish, but if left blank, then the default 2px grey border will be applied

Vertical and Horizontal space are left blank 99% of the time so no need to worry about those options

Your photo should now be uploaded! Just click the save button when all the edits are done and you should see the changes on the page

Once you're happy with the changes go to: HQ > site sync and once more HQ > GO PUBLIC

Now the changes should be live!
